  • We partner with Delhivery and Bluedart – two of India's leading logistics providers – to ensure fast and secure delivery of your orders.

2. Order Processing Time

  • We strive to ship most orders on the same day they are placed.
  • However, in some cases, order processing may take up to 2 to 3 business days due to high order volumes or stock availability.
  • Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery location within India.
  • All shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, allowing you to monitor your package in real time.
  • Please check your email  inbox for the tracking details.

5. Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship to all locations within India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a complete residential or business address at checkout.

6. Packaging

  • All orders are professionally packed to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your products.
  • We use high-quality packaging materials to protect your items during transit.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Rcmumbai.com is not responsible or liable for any lost, damaged, or delayed shipments once they have been handed over to the courier service.
  • For any claims regarding lost or damaged packages, please contact the respective courier directly.

8. Local Pickup

  • We offer a local pickup option from our warehouse for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person.
  • Please select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout if you wish to collect your order directly from our warehouse.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of checkout.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, invalid phone number, or the customer being unavailable at the time of delivery, reshipping charges will apply.
